I put this in the Misc category because it can't be called sport, two bolts in about 140' is hardly sport. Put it's a part of the wonderful trad line of The Grand Wall....

The first pitch of Snake only has about 30 feet or 5.6 climbing before some 3rd class stuff so we thought it fasted to solo it.... This was our last day climbing in Squamish and possibly the best! After this we ran over and did St. Vitus...

I am up on Diedre on the Apron. My first time out west to climb. Nice that it was on Squamish granite.

This is not me, although from above he kinda looks like it. This is the top of an awesome route called Rock on (5.10a). They were behind us and although I think we were a little slower then they would have liked, they were extremely nice. I wish I could remember their names, but they were from Quebec. Heres a shout out to those dudes from Quebec...hey wait a minute, did I just say "shout out?"

This is the Lions' Gate Bridge heading out of Vancouver towards Squamish. I was very excited at this point, although the airline did lose one of our bags. But I was trying to have a good attitude and was shooting photos left and right.

As I said one of the best climbs I've climbed in Squamish. However I'm new to Squamish so there must be more......

These is where we camped most of the nights that we were in Squamish last summer. It's an awesome place, that no one ever goes to.

John didn't see much need for protection on most of this route as we head up during the first few pitches of Diedre. We started early in the morning and topped out mid afternoon on the top of The Chief. We had the route all to ourselves all day. Wonderful climbing and a totally awesome day.

Here is Ryota Oki on his first trad climb, following me on Diedre. The last pitch had ice on it! A great climb on a cold day.

In Squamish you'll find many fixed lines you'll have to Batman up reach certain areas. You'll find this one directly below Slot Machine.

I remember when I first saw a pic of the pillar in the guidebook a friend bought for me while I was still living in Toronto... I swore that one day I'd do it! This is me after doing it - freakin rad!
