Morning at GrassiThis is on the approach to Grassi Lakes in the morning... The lake was just crystal clear glass. The photo does not do the beauty of this lake any justice.

Grassi Lakes 7This is a beautiful shot, and this is still early in the day! I could have cried when my camera started rewinding, and I realised there was no more film in my bag!
I could have sold photos had I gotten some of the shots I wanted to! Oh well, such is life!

We're out of the trenches...My gf Melissa shot this as we were hiking out of the grassi lakes bombardment zone.....sport climbing has never been so smashing!! Gotta watchout for rocks kicked down by the sheep or goats atop the cliffs. Otherwise lots of pocket pulling and heavily bolted beginner routes.

Me on Gardener's WallThis is me on our canada trip. This was one of my first 5.9 leads. It was a fun route. Out of the three routes with really close bolts this is the middel one. I like the close bolts. I think its called Pothole Alley. My brother took this pic.

Grassi Lakes Golf CourseA picture on the Golf Course wall at Grassi Lakes outside of Canmore. The routes are easy at 5.5 to 5.7, but fun and a great place to string up a top rope for beginners.
