Fun route, but I have to admit it smoked my arms...and I hung.

Jonny B. sticks an honest to god no hands knee bar on Bone Machine. Notice the rolled-up jeans-as-kneepads.

Here I am on Bone Machine, setting the first of many kneebars, below the first crux. This is an accidental photoshop job that came out quite well if I do say so myself.

This route was "drilled for Jed," probably 50% of the route's "enhanced" in one fashion or another, but it climbs well...

Annie stretches for the anchors, probably the crux of the route, at the top of "Community Service" (5.11c) at Rifle Mountain Park. Taken in July, we'd just met this friendly group of travelling climbers from Monteal, Quebec. Climber - Annie Chalifoux. Photographer - Darren Joint.

This must have been about the 5th fall this unknown climber took on the last moves of the climb ! (We think it's Cantina Boy, but not sure) She did finally get it, but that photo isn't as spectacular ! Climber - Unknown. Photographer - Darren Joint.

This is Feline at Rifle (11b***). That is, if you have all the moves dialed. :-)

There's a serious lack of pics from Rifle, so even though this isn't a climbing pic per se...thought it might be interesting for folks to see who haven't been before.

Short and powerful on wild looking stone regardless of it's broken appearance. It's been called "bouldering on a rope" and after seeing folks climb on it, that's a pretty accurate description.

Easy to shoot this one from the mound off to the left of the route...except if you're belaying at which point someone else has to grab your camera. So thanks to Scott for snapping this one, on a brief rainless moment after 2 days of constant drizzle/showers.

What a great route, too bad it's not twice as long. About 50 feet with some of the coolest pinches this side of Mallorca. Tufa's they ain't, but it's just a great, fun route.
