The picture depicts me belaying of a flatiron, I dont remember which one it was but the climb was enjoyable.

This is the east face of the flatirons, the best beginner route in NA (IMHO).

My partner and I wanted to do the standard route on the East Face of the Third Flatiron, but he made it half a pitch before he was completely wigged out by the runout, so we bailed. A group of three was right behind us and they headed up. This is a picture of their leader on the first pitch. (17Sep04)

Easy slab climbing on the flatirons. On the east face you can wander at will and the dificulty never rises much above 5.5.
