Stalactite move

Average Rating = 3.00/5 Stalactite move

6a+ (French) route at the Ton Sai Tower on Ko Phi Phi Don. I don't know the name of route, but it was the best one of the day. Limestone rock, probably 20-25m high, overhangs w/ stalactites, and a couple tricky moves. I think the pic shows the crux of the route. A guide top-roped it for us (we suck).

Ko Phi Phi Don

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Ko Phi Phi Don

View from the top of a 5+ (French) route at the Ton Sai Tower. Note the tsunami damage. The wave came into the bay and took out the closer half of the island.

Suzy Dreadlox high on Hua Ling

Average Rating = 4.36/5 Suzy Dreadlox high on Hua Ling

Suzy comin up on pitch four of a formation known as Hua-Ling. One more pitch till the top! The formation is boat accessed, you actually jump from the boat and climb onto the first belay ledge, then rap back down into the boat when yer done. Dropping the rope ends in the nasty alkaline ocean water means loss of style points...

Phi Phi Don Island

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Phi Phi Don Island

Arial view of the beautiful Phi Phi Don Island. Once a diving paradise, the corals are now all but destroyed due to over devlopement and pollution.

Traverse across Koi Nui

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Traverse across Koi Nui

This was a traverse to get to missing youth 6c+. This route really needs to be started from a kayak at Crab shack. It is about a 30 meter traverse from the rope used to approach the cape between maximus and mental tease.
