Check out the lava tube in the boulder. We saw numerous lava tubes in the volcanic country. Some were big enough to provide dens for animals to sleep in.

Looking out on the Steamship Range. This was named after the arrangement of peaks shown. There is Mt. Steamer, The Mast, The Funnel, The Prow and The Stern. Funnily enough when viewed from a lookout that overlooks this range it actually does look like a steamship.

Getting water on our last day. That`s me down in the cool clear mountain waters of Teviot Brook. Beautiful sweet rainforest water.

Traipsing across the kikuyu paddocks, we are almost there. Time for a hot shower.
