Me barely hanging on after getting past a dyno to a 2 finger pocket on yet another failed attempt to red-point Urban Struggle (5.12b) at Malibu Creek State Park.

this picture was taken by my buddie Arthur, who is a much better at taking pictures than climbing... poor Arthur, this climb is out past the dam at malibu creek.

I always make christopher do the sport climbs, then he rigs up a top rope for me... i just hate taking a a fall with five feet of slack. he doesnt seem to care, not that he ever falls (stupid Christopher)

My first time out at malibu creek with a few good buddies. there are some really great climbs out there if your ready for a good hike. jumping fences and stuff like that.

This photos were taken by Steve and the editing in photoshopt was done by me. I remember the water had some kind of funky green color and it didn't look like it would be good for your health to take a dive. I didn't make the top, I had to reverse every move, about 12 to 15 moves on small pockets.

picture from our day of climbing at malibu creek over thanksgiving weekend. the picture is PS'd, and i took out the toprope cuz it was too distracting. malibu's a great place to climb, but be careful taking newbies to the back area, one of our guys fell in on the traverse, both times!
