Care on some nice big holds

This is Carlos trying the first couple moves of Fly Boy. This was a super fun problem with good holds and big moves...my kinda stuff.

This is Al doing the crux moves on the Moonraker. This is a cave so I fooled around with the settings on my camera until I got some lighting that I was happy with.

This is me on the V1 on Pee-Wee. It was a little rough doin' this one because we worked on this after we had worked the V4 on Grandpa for like 2 hours and climbed some other routes on Grandma so the tips were kinda tender at this point, but it was still a blast just to be out there workin' some problems.

As with every single problem in the Buttermilks, amazing rock, stellar landings, fun moves and searing heat.......

Another look at the unknown boulder/problem with the one-move wonder. It's a little more overhanging than it looks. This is me, mid-botch. Left hand on good rail, right hand on a bad edge, ok feet. Once my left foot pops from overextension, i'm off. It's such a finessey move, requiring a perfect bullseye snipe to the slot. The sit-start potential is also there but it's ridicuhard.

Going for the sloper at the crux of the bowling pin route. The hold isnt quite as bad as it looks.

A normal-sized person bouldering on the Pollen Grain boulder near the Buttermilks, Bishop, CA. It was a big boulder back in April, 2005. I don't imagine it's changed much.

First send in the Buttermilks. I really like this area alot its great for getting you hands nice and tough!

We decided to Climb up to the top of the Buttermilk dome and i found this cool crack to climb that went up over then back down.
