Looking down on the approachthe approach was the ridgeline shown in the upper right in this photo. we found a four-wheeler trail ascending to the south just below the rocky ridge line. we should have taken it. instead we had to bushwhack through quite a bit of scrub oak to stay close to the ridge. if you start at the rock quarry road at the bottom, all climbing eventually leads to a common ridge

The 5.7 traverse across the South Face - very exposedSummer 2011 -- there is a wire nut wedged real good for the first anchor on the traverse. Also, we setup a belay about 40 feet up on a small outcropping -- on second thought we could have gone another 90 feet or so to a better anchor/belay spot
