Me and my best pals had one of the best days ever up on the bridgers that day. A recipie for bliss if there ever was one.

Early morning, French Roast just kicking in and the involuntary gyrations begin. My friend and I put up a new route on petrified hornet wall. We named it Bleached Bones because of the bleached skeletal remains at the base. It's ringlocks to off hands in a fun flare out of sight from the ground. Bleached Bones is 35m at 11+ on the far right side of the wall.

This is a view from the campsite and it came out very well I thought.

here is a picture i snapped while deciding whether or not to cross a raging indian creek, going crazy with runoff from the la sals. i decided even my jeep probably couldn't handle it, and it was worth getting the photo while i thought. check out how high the creek is though!

looking at the bridger jack spires during an early, and unexpected, rainstorm. kind of a nice weather change, however.

Little did I realize that I was about to get my ass kicked as the lusty handcrack morphed into ugly OW.

.. is that it leaves out the grunting and cussing. This is a shot of me in a full-on ass kicking, no holds barred.

what an awsome line....wish I'd done things a bit differently when I started going up this line, probably would've saved my belayer a sprained ankle wehn I took a cute 25 footer off this thing at the anchors....NO PASSIVE PRO on sandstone...gotcha

It's too bad such a stellar pitch as the second one (small hands up a steep wall) is preceeded by a loose one...still the second pitch is worth the danger!
