This was my first lead climb ever. I remained in this position for 30-45 minutes, due to lack of experience, however my reserve strenght (thank you American Airlines baggage handling) helped me finish. Great feeling once I reached the anchor.

Right before the Crux you get an amazing rest on huge jugs. Thats where im at in this picture.

This is a very fun route. Shot on new years eve it was weird cause there were only two more climbers but alot of hikers. A warm day but chilling wind when it hit you up there.

mzem919 gaining purchase on Crackin' Up. Cool slightly curvy route. great place to work on placing pro. Gotta watch out if you set this one for TR. Puts you up for a nasty swing.

After some time i finally made it to that point in the climb. And just as i was about to make my next move i couldnt hold on anymore and let go. It was a shame. The climb will always be there though.

This is really a great climb. The crux is really pumpy and will really throw you if you screw up leading it. To get the bolt I was going for, it is best to cross like I have so you get a good setup with your right hand for the clip.
