Stretching out on the face next to the dirty crack. This is one of the many ways to climb up to the tree ledge, where a bunch of the 3 pitch top-out routes start. If you are going to Stone, climb this instead of the "entrance crack" (a hellish off width)

Mike is about to the shuts, although this is a relatively short pitch, he was unable to place any gear. Not bad for a first lead, good job Mike!
