A strong winter storm forced a bivy before summiting in November.

This is a pic that I took of my brother heading up the good snow climb that the trough offered in mid-June.

The east face of Longs Peak at some absurd hour in the morning.

This is a shot of me rappeling off the North Face, Cable Route (5.4) on Longs Peak. I found this route to most enjoyable because there were no poeple! The climbing was easy. A great intro to Alpine Climbing.

This is a pic of Longs Peak taken from Chasm Lake (11,000 something). It was too early in the season to climb tho. What a boring pic, hm?

From the boulderfield. The ramp up and left is the start. Then the "switchback" to the slight notch brings you to the first tower.

This is the short OW, if you go this way. It's not more than 12 feet or so, but this option puts you into the perfect place to see the next section and to downclimb and traverse the backside
