I met Scott during the first climbing day of my US trip. It was hot already in the sun though the summits were still very snowy. We talked a lot, I climbed a little that day. Photo Thomas Ribière, Minolta 600si, Kodak Gold 200 ; cropped, contrast increased, light decreased.

jtme climbing somewhere near the Birthday Boulders. Unfortunately, this was like our fifth day of climbing in a row and our hands were pretty trashed by the time we got to Bishop.

This is from last year, Spring Break, somewhere in the Birthday Boulders. Mt. Tom was sending us a wicked storm that day and we were getting as much in as possible before the front hit... and it hit hard!

Coming back down off Mt. Tom I couldn't resist taking this shot of nature's cycle.
Mt. Tom is the largest peak seen from Bishop.

The light is not perfect in this picture, but I still like it. Gotta love that Buttermilk backdrop!

I forget the name of this boulder but it's very close to the last parking area. It's a fun V1 and a bit off the deck (15'or so). Although I had a pad, I was very motivated to send this since I had broken my fibula six weeks earlier.
