This is a great route! Starts out with a finger sized crack then to a roof. After topping out on the ledge the route continues to just feet from the top of the rock. I would love to lead this crack, but the sandstone is soo soft to hold pro, but just hard enough to climb on. Beware there may be some lose rock.

C'mon Mitch he needs more slack, you're starting to pull him off the route. This is a great route, I reccomend it for everyone! The park service really needs to allow these old spinners to be re-bolted.

This was mitch's 3rd lead ever! Nice job! Now he stilll needs to take his first big lead fall. ;-)

This was a good Slab route; I thought it was rating 5.7, but it doesn't matter it was fun. The pic is of me belaying Bryson.

The bottom of the route was several 5.9 to 5.10 moves. Then the final moves were 5.11+ maybe 5.12. Variation that I enjoyed is to move left before the last moves and finish on the neighboring route.

This is a shot of the Great zot from the bottom of the climb. We had a great time on this climb! My buddy JC threw-up at the end of pitch three; but we pushed on and we finished the climb with a great view of the valley. I recommend this climb to anyone visiting the area.

This is a great place to camp while at trappers cam. Please take your trash with you; last time I was camping in the cave I had to sweep up broken glass in order to clean a spot to lay the tent.

For those Newbies and Trolls I've made it very simple. On the left is 3mm nylon cord. the other is 11/16th sewn sling. If your going to make your slings do it right!

The hair line crack int the center of the picture is protected by 6 pitons that are rusted and at least 10 years old. To the left of that the a large bulge, I refer to it as cedar ledge because of the cedar tree growing on it.

The route was covered with sand, but the more sand I brushed off the less rock there was.

Cemetery Gates, on Harkor Tower. It is a fun 5.10 route!!! (Climb the face/thin to finger sized crack left of the corner)

This rock formation really caught my eye, I said to my self I will go to any lenghts to climb that some day! A little side note: WAH! is the korean way for saying Wow!

Hiking around the top the the mountains was really amazing. Where were so many undeveloped place to climb all around the mountains.

yes, I took the cabel car to the top, but next time, when I have more time I will hike all the way to the top. The view was amazing up there! WAAAAAAA!

Beomseom means sitting tiger. When we took the boat past this island I wan't to just out, and climb it. the grassy plains on top of the island are only attainable by climbing (there is no easy way up).

This was the only picture of me actually climbing somthing in Jindo (I wish I had a better shot). It was a fun little bouldering wall. Rock like this is found everywhere on Jindo.

This is the sign for the small farm town that m girl friend's father grew up in. I was going crazy seeing all the rock the surrounded us in the hills, so I just had to climb on somthing. (note to self next time bring climbing gear when traveling to korea)

Corndog, urbanlegend, and I were hiking around looking all over the park for fun looking rock to climb on. We are climbing in an area way east of the grill area. The rock in this area had lots of moss on it, but still fun to climb on!

Here is Corndog and I at the top of slab #94! The guide book says it's 5.11a so I'm sticking with that! I lead the route (flashed it), and corndog followed me. Thanks urbanlegend for taking the photo.

Here I am leading up a fun climb at the shut-inns. I'm climbing on the upper wall. This was a great climbing day! I really liked that we were the only one's out there!

For spring break urbanlegend, corndog and myself decided to go to Elephant Rocks, and Johnson shut-inns. We got to the shut-inns sunday night and it was raining!!! monday morning there was a slight drizzel, but we still climbed. Here is urbanlegend workin

This is a photo I took of corndog while we found this nice problem down by the pond to the north of the big boulder area.

To the left of me is the huge boulder on top of the hill. This was a fun little problem! We bouldering this was the last sport we went to after exploring the rest of the park.

Tis was a photo I set up on timer to get the two of us (Jeremiah and myself) on top of the proper. The photo turned in to somthing else... Ha ha ha.

Here is a real tricky 5.9 route to lead... Jeremiah started the lead the set in pro to the roof, then I attempted the climb placing a small .1 camalot in the thin crack just over the roof, that gave me just enought confidence to finish out the climb. The
