My RackUnfortunately, this is not the complete rack. This is the set I am babysitting for buddy while he is out of commission for a little while. It's pretty close to mine though. The surfboard is for the weekends I can't make the 4.5-8 hour trip to the mountains.

Latic Acid Rain Shower? It was pouring down like cats and dogs, but as always, the Hole was dry as a bone. This is one of the local guides warming up on the 5.12d beauty. I got most of the way up as my warm-up only to find out I was a puss.

Through the trees (sm)This is the same photo as 'Through the trees' just zoomed in a bit more. Ryan took a little figuring out where to go, but nailed it pretty smoothly.

Through the treesI shot this through the trees, through a small canyon formed by the boulders. The lighting this day was nice and overcast, making shooting in the shadows easier.

Riding on the WavesDidn't really mean to take this picture, but it captured what I wanted much better then a lot of others that I took that day. These are my feet by the way.

Hit It!Chandler's first day bouldering and he nailed just about everything he tried! We were climbing without a guidebook, so the name of this problem is unknown right now.

Wipe Out!The Waves did a number to me.... I blame it totally on being on the wrong side of the camera. And new shoes. And hot weather.....

The quasi-realistic wall. This wall has an awesome crack that can be done layback or handjam. Some of us are trying to figure out how to do it all features, without using the crack.

West face Garden climbEven though it was the first day of March, the sun beating down on the rocks made for a beatiful day of climbing. Unfortunately, the scenery was spoiled by the ambulances coming for a free climber who forgot that the sandstone turns to sand under your feet.

Autumn at Stone MountainEven though it was mid-october, the weather at Stone Mountain was perfect. We were calling across the face to the other climbers, barely raising our voices. The acoustics across the rock are amazing.

Evening on The ArchMike and I became heros to a group of Brownies who were out at the park for a trip. They were yelling at us from the meadow, and when I waved back at them, it sounded like a rock star (heh) had just come on the scene. We ran into them on the way down, and had to answer questions for a few minutes. Their chaperones said we had made their day, along with a semi driver who had honked at them on the way up.

The Long Walk OffAfter a long day of climbing, it's a rewarding feeling to reach the summit and savour the trip back down the the car. The walk over the top of Stone Mountain is always interesting because of the craters in the rock from from years of water. You can sometimes see little critters swimming around in them.

Kalithea CoveThe water here is unbelieveable. What looks like 4-6 feet of water is closer to 15-20 feet deep. The rock juts straight up out of the water, and overhangs some pretty deep places making for some killer cliff jumping and awesome solos. Shoes were a must though, cause the rock's sharp as hell!

It's a beautiful day!The morning started off gloriously as we entered the boulder field by the sea on the north side of Rhodes, Greece. This is me happy as a pig in mud.

Kalithea WallThe cliff appears much smaller than it is from the road as you come along the highway. As you get up to it, it is really quite large. The weathered face of the cliff brings to mind the history that it has seen overlooking the grecian waters.

Juniper CityThe only obstacle to topping out at this point was a ledge full of juniper bushes. Not too friendly since I wasn't wearing a shirt. I wanted to go around it, and might have been able to, but six months off the rock and no rope left me feeling like the vicious shrub was a better choice.
