After onsighting Steep Thrills I thought it necessary to show the boys a proper Tronsight spotting technique

My warm-up for Steep Thrills

I'm belaying my brother on Straight Shooter, Red Rocks

The line I have climbed ("Choss Bald") is in red. There is a direct start finger crack which makes this much more fun. There is also potential for a trad line in green. The middle line could be a very difficult sport route, 5.13+

This is a photo from across the way looking down on Bald Mountain--right before I got lost for an hour. "Choss Bald" is the obvious line (slightly shaded) in the center of the picture.
