Green River bouldering - day twoThis was actually a great V0. With the wetness and shoelessness, it was pretty challenging! Another surprising climbing find along the trip.

Green River river bouldering - day threeThis was the best river bouldering wall we found, somewhere between mile 30 and 20... The holds ended about 20 feet above the river, but the bottom was very steep and the rock was pretty solid!

Green River river bouldering - day twoSome spots had a strong enough current that we wore life jackets. This was just downriver of a large overhanging cliff that had some nice cracks up it, but hard enough you'd need to step off the canoe chalked and shoe'd up.

Rapping and inspectingScoping an incredibly hard unclimbed route at Quincy Quarries. Where the Q-Wall meets the green, friable wall to the right.

Zeb Engberg on Steady Slobbin' .14bD.Ben and I went up to hit some 11s on the left side of Monsters, and guess who was hitting the 14s on the right. Zeb is one strong dude, although the route spit him off at the anchors. This part of Monsters from the Id is wild, 2 starts, and 6 routes.

On You've Killed Kenny, 5.10+Green hair standing out in Dubai's choss difficulties. This climb was deceptive... the best holds were often hidden and sandy, while no one in their right mind would commit to the loose jugs next to them. Overall great adventure toproping.

Clean, tall, vertical cruisingThe tall vertical face on the back of the Shingles boulder. This problem is easy, and the moves are clear, but has several toothy rocks at the base. Another You Fall, You Die moderate in LCC. Classic!

SnowMe not climbing in La Grave, France. After rappelling in, the couloir dropped more than 8000 feet to the road! There were probably 6 climates to travel through during that time... I can only imagine being on a wall that big. Yikes.
