Larry Lin on Hidden Treasure (5.12a) at Jackson FallsAfter climbing the Lovely Arete to the left of this route I managed to convince Larry to climb Hidden Treasure (mostly because I knew the pics would turn out good). Larry left some skin behind but I think he'll be quite happy with the photos.

My first FA perhaps?Bouldering around in the cave located in Cliff Cave park in St. Louis. Obviously I'm not the first one to sneak in there, but I may be the first one to actually climb it.

Stacey C. on some route at Sam's ThroneThis is my friend Stacey (carrotclimber) on some 5.10a-ish route at Sam's Throne on Thanksgiving weekend. Being there with friends, climbing and having a Turkey feat afterwards was one of the best times I've ever had. Photo by boondock_saint.

Rock vs. Skin ... Rock: 1 Skin: 0This was my first time climbing at Elephant Rocks and people did not understate the sharpness of the rock by any means. Best description I've heard so far: "Take a board and beat a bunch of nails through it, then grab the other side" Well after working on one climb the skin just started comin' off ...

Shaun on Midwall ClimbersJust a fun day earlier this summer. I climbed a route to left and then traversed over so that I could snap a few pics of people climbing. Unfortunately it was a 110F day and we had to leave after that climb (before we passed out) so no one else got their glamour shots.
He is NOT free climbing, he is on top rope but it was so ugly going across the screen that I edited it out.

What a dayThis photo was taken while we were just kicking back on top of the second pitch of Bloody Nose. This was a great last ascent after a perfect day of climbing.

Sunday Morning Coming DownSunday morning after spending the night in a humid 100 F Midwest night I woke up and looked outside my tent - when I saw the rays coming down around me I immediately reached for my camera and took the pic. Made all the heat and sweat worth it.
