It was a calm day. The route has three pitch. The first requires balance, second is a crack and the last is a mix between crack and front climbing.

Almost there...after this hook sequence I had few free climbing movement to reach the base.

Diego on the last pitch of Normal route. Summer season.

Counter force moves, some friction and narrow holds makes the first 10 mts of this route.

This pitch has a nice crack wich provides good gear placements.

3th pitch of this route leads you to well protected crux.

A Classic Area for climbing. You can find aid, sport and trad climbing.

Working in placing gear in this route. This pitch is one of the easiest of the entire route.

115 km from São Paulo City. From Dutras road take towards Campos do Jordão. Take right in front of police station. Park the car 800 mts after cross railway

This pitch requires several dihedral techniques and good foot. This pitch is a little harder than the others.

Second pitch leads to the roof. This pitch requires attention to identify the better way to climb up (expo!).

Nice Wall. The approach takes about 40 min from the car. There are lots of routes there (trad and sport). Many of them requires cams and nuts.

2 pitch of this route requires a good foot work. The crux of this pitch is just after the crack.

5th pitch of this route...remaining two to the summit.

I´m starting the 3th pitch. 35 mts of pure entertainment. The next pitch is fantastic.

Working out after a long day with hard work. I´m climbing a nice route with André Gama on belay. Iluska is wearing a blue helmet.

Yeahhh. How people fell happy on a summit. 11 pitchs makes difference between going by car or on foot (vertical).

I´ve been climbed in this area for a couple of years and I´ve never seen people climbing this route. What happens!!! Easy and strange makes this route different from the others. Go...Go...Go... and check it!!!

2th pitch after a long traverse (A2+). Too many action are waiting for us.

Everyone wants to lead the aid climb of this route. Fausto went first, I´m starting and a fellow (unknown) with yellow helmet from Curitiba is waiting. I really recommend this route.

Cloud day but calm weather. My first ascent in this route 1997.

I took this picture just after the first chimney of Via Leste. My partner "vermelho" was quite confused about the bolts on that place. Climb Down ?!?!?
