This is the sequence, to the awesome towering blunt arete of the Knock, E5 6a, disco leg galour occured throughout the process of doing this climb!! Wih the crux being at about 7 metres below the first bit of gear, there is no room for mistake.

This is a little jem of a problem, I had dreamt of things like this. It starts at this roof, wih some slopey holds on the edge of it, and then follows this line of slopey laybacks, involving sloper slapping and great bodey tension, mixed in with brilliant gritstone friction, an awesome typical sunset across the valley, and you have a receipy to the perfect end to a perfect day.

This slopey traverse involved alot of heel hooks to maintain balance and alot of matching, it took me a while to do it, it was light when i started working it and dark when i did it, we were the last to leave the crag on a busy day...
