Deer.At Stone Mountain, there are a lot of deer. We stopped to look at some on the side of the road on the way out the last time we were there. One of them decided it would stick it's nose in the passenger side window. My buddy Dave was freaking out thinking it was going to sneeze on him (random).
The picture looks kinda like crap because it was taken with my phone, while laughing hystarically, but the picture is not zoomed in all the way, seriously, I was considering petting it, it was that close.

Devin at Blowing RockThis is one of the first boulders you come to, I'm not entirely sure if I've got the name of the route right. This was also his second time climbing on real rocks, so he's doing pretty good climbing this one. I'd also like to point out our ghetto crash pad, it's an air mattress with 2 comforters, one on top, and one underneath. It worked pretty well.

The love of the sport. We were taking a break in between climbs and decided to mess around with the camera a little bit. I saw a potential artistic photo opportunity in the way the gear had been casually tossed onto the tarp. A few photoshop filters later, this is what I came up with.

Heel hook on Papa BearIf you pull the jug above the crack, and get a heel hook up, you can reach for the top out hold... shown nicely here. I rapped down and tied off next to the roof to get some sweet action shots.
