Climbing at Queen CreekThis is a shot of me (falke) at the top of "Grasping for Straws". Not much is special about this shot... I figured it would make a good profile shot. :)

Topping out on "Ride the Wild"Ride the Wild is one of the most beautiful routes in the Lower Looner Land Area of Queens Creek. This is a shot of my brother Thom who introduced me to rock climbing.

Angled shot of Thom at the top of Moon FlossThis route has a thin and tricky start. Not a problem if it wasn't for that first really high bolt...

Topping out onThis route has a rating of 5.9+ in the Falcon Guide. I've done 5.11s that were easier...so I don't know, maybe I was just tired. Either way beautiful route, beautiful day.

Neptune - Classic Queen CreekA route called "Neptune "(10a) on the North Atlantis wall of Queen Creek's beautiful rock. This route is a pumpy route up great rock with almost every type of feature, including a great dihedral finish onto an exposed face. This place is a climbing paradise!

Grumpy After Eight - Queen's Creek AZQueen Creek Canyon AZ is full of wonderful routes like this classic route on the South Atlantis wall. "Grumpy After Eight" (10a) is a great climb for anyone trying to do their first 5.10. The holds are obvious and the slight overhand and exposure make for that sweet adrenaline rush we all crave.

V1 lungeThis is a fun V1 lunge dyno problem on the Wiley Thompson Boulder. The beardsley boulder pile has lots of problems for those that aren't quite bouldering V5 yet. Great in the afternoons since the sun disappears behind the hill to the west.
