Greg follows the chimneys

Average Rating = 5.00/5 Greg follows the chimneys

This is me following the chimneys. Despite my feet slipping many times I was apparently more secure in them than I thought - I never did fall. Still, with all the runout, I imagine slips like that can really rattle one on lead.

Greg is happy to finally summit Epinephrine

Average Rating = 5.00/5 Greg is happy to finally summit Epinephrine

This is me on the summit of Epinephrine. The look on my face is one of 'Its good to be done - nice view up here - now lets go get some dinner'. It turned out that we still had a fairly involved (by my standards) descent to do - my dinner was still a ways off.

Lukasz on the summit of Epinephrine

Average Rating = 5.00/5 Lukasz on the summit of Epinephrine

This is my partner, Lukasz, on the summit of Epinephrine - with much of the Red Rocks scenic loop and Vegas in the background. He is squinting because the setting sun is right in his face.

Lukasz leads the chimneys

Average Rating = 5.00/5 Lukasz leads the chimneys

Lukasz did a really great job leading the chimney pitches. In some places there was some serious runout. One spot there was alot of blood someone lost from a bad fall.

Doing some unintentional cleaning of

Average Rating = 5.00/5 Doing some unintentional cleaning of "Split Decision" on lead.

The thought going through my head at this moment is "Hmm - I guess most people go left at this spot". Also, let this be a reminder that helmets are always a good idea in the Santa Monicas.

Bombs Over Tokyo, P1

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Bombs Over Tokyo, P1

P1 of Bombs Over Tokyo - perhaps the best splitter finger crack of its grade in Tuolumne.
