The cave at Les Branches

Average Rating = 2.80/5 The cave at Les Branches

An enchanting and adventurous walk downstream from the campsite brings you to this hidden (from the walk in) cave. Dripping with huge stalactites (les branches). The route of that name goes from the right side of the cave out through the roof at a surprisingly moderate grade of 6b+

Pistolero 6a, Silvermine, Cape Town

Average Rating = 3.67/5 Pistolero 6a, Silvermine, Cape Town

Cool temps in summer at last! Here warming up on Pistolero prior to sending a project. The crag is situated up on a ridge overlooking the whole of Cape Town, in the back ground is Muizenberg beach and lots of great whites! Photo: Malcolm Gowans.

Ichtys 6b

Average Rating = 0.00/5 Ichtys 6b

A fun short route on 'La Plage'. Short crux and then easy to the anchors. Best part about these routes is the river that is not more than five meters from the base of the crag! Build up a sweat climbing and then splash! Cool off time!
