While wandering the temples in Kyoto, we found a remote grotto where monks would sit under a waterfall and meditate. Although at first we were hisitant to speak with them, after seeing this modification to the full lotus position I had to try it. Good thing I took gymnastics as a kid, it was a great ice breaker!
