nearing the top of the climbwhat an awsome line....wish I'd done things a bit differently when I started going up this line, probably would've saved my belayer a sprained ankle wehn I took a cute 25 footer off this thing at the anchors....NO PASSIVE PRO on sandstone...gotcha

nick on Od'd on icethis was a "much harder than it looks climb" in Ouray. I figured easy WI5 but as it turned out it was HArD wi5+.
Good on Nick for keeping his head together for the lead on it. this ice was $$$$HIT!!!!

experts choicethis is yours truly on the middle route on experts choice in waterton. a beautiful WI6 that follows the plum line up the middle of the headwall. technical mushrooms and some lacy fun ice with decent pro make this 45 min. approach WELL worth it

summit shotme and kelly on the top of Tower of babel. some kind soul built a sofa and three arm chairs to relax in after the climb. Behind is Mt. Babel (3101m IV 5.10 A1 or 5.11+) and Mt Quadra. that was a fun day

about to start up the third pitch of Tower of BabelTHis was one windy heinous day for us on this route. my partner almost got blown off the route it was so windy (she doesn't wiegh much anyway). other than that it was a great day to be out there.
