This is Matt (lambone) getting everything sorted and set up for the evening. Hey Matt, have you seen Fitz's spoon?

Finally, after a hard days work, Matt (lambone) gets a moment to just sit down, smoke the pipe, and look out at the lights down in the Valley. Doesn't he look rather pensive as he reflects on the days events?

The way Sean is looking at me, it may appear as if he's ready to shove me off the portaledge, but he was really just sitting there relaxing and enjoying the views. Good times.

This is Matt (lambone) and Sean at the belay atop the 8th pitch of the Trip. I thought this was one of the best photos I got on the entire route. Dude, you best keep yo sh*t organized! Umm... where is Fitz's spoon?

This is Fitz (Sean) after he completed the 380 foot free hanging jug up the fixed lines. Sean was mildly freaking out (to put it lightly) at this point. He was soooo ready to call it off and go back down, but there was NO way I was about to let that go down (right Matt!) Funny part is this: after getting over this initial shock, Fitz showed no more signs of fear for the remainder of the route. See Sean, I told you that your mind was just playing tricks on you during that jug!

This is the 1st shot I took of Jon near the start of Under Attack. I think the photo provides a good lesson on why you sometimes need to use your flash, even in full sunlight. As you can see, the rest of the photos of him on the route turned out better.

This 2nd shot of Jon on Under Attack easily shows how much using your flash, even in full sunlight, can make a difference.

This 3rd shot of Jon is still low on the route. He's clipping the 4th bolt. Using the flash, when shooting steeper routes like this, makes a big difference.

This was Half Dome after the first snow of the season, back in early Nov. 2003

I was feeling a little "Ansel Adams like" one day. This is an attempt at an Ansel Adams style photo of El Cap. I really like the tree in the foreground framing the shot.
