Topping outThe end of the recon run which ended with resounding success. Decisions will need to be made as to weather I should add a bolt in the middle of the most serious run-out so as to prevent decking but still make the route as natural as possible. Currently the route is un-touched and is definitely an R/X route with thin protection from micro cams and nuts after a long run-out (25') above a cam that, after a certain point, will not prevent decking.

FOCUSReaching for a little magic dust. I had to focus more than ever before to earn this route. It was certainly more a mental crux than physical crux.

foot workThe beginning of my successful onsight TR attempt on "One Way Ticket To Midnight". This was the recon run since it was obvious from the ground that it was going to be hard to protect with clean gear and we didn't want to bolt. My success on this o-sight gave me a lot of comfidence about sending it on lead.
