This is a pic of my airlock2 BD biner. I detected what looks like a crack. I'm not sure if its a manufacturer defect or is it a real CRACK ! I asked the climbers around me and they said it was a crack. Some said it looked like a manufacturer defect. Can anyone give some advice on my next point of action ? It seems weird to have the crack INSIDE the biner and horizontally. I haven't seriously dropped the biner before and I maintain/check it regularly after every day of climbing.
