Here's my training facility. I just completed it about a year ago...before then, I was forced to train in (yuck) climbing gyms.

Inflating the "Hypno" with the "Integrated (hand) Pump". Mark blows into the tube to inflate the bladder, then squeezes the bladder in his fist which creates higher pressure than his lungs alone can. Just be sure not to hyperventilate!
