Description:

Also known as Grounds for a Peel, 2 pitches, 5.10b & .10c. The route gets its new name from a bolt added just above the ledge protecting a sketchy start that has a high level of exposure. Pitch 1) Work up and over the multi colored roof to the chains. A brilliant route that yields surprisingly good holds cranking over the roof at the end of pitch one. Pitch 2) short and technical, it offers some enticing climbing that eases off after bolt three to a stellar finish. New anchors installed in 2003 by rusty Baillie. FA: Wayne Bagley

Descent Options:

Rap station on north end of summit

5 out of 5 stars In December

An increadable break in the weather (45 deg), no wind, and sun on the west fece.... the route was just as good.
