Description:
Just right of Wide Crack. The route follows the 4-bolt ladder up the arete right of Wide Crack. A brainy start (5.8) with good but hidden holds (thank-God pocket inside cave). Crux is near third bolt: steep pure friction and mantels.

Ascent Note
Surprised to see a 5.10d rating on this one. It was hard, but more like a 5.10a at other places. Consistent with other softer ratings at CRSP.
The start is tricky; solid 5.8. Other than about 3/4 5.10 steps at the crux, rest of the route is 5.6. Crux is pure friction/manteling. Don't bother bringing your hands!
