a good 4-6 pitch easy ice route on Mt. Willard. The first belay at the first real bulge can be hard to make. Look for natural ice threads, and be prepared to tie off stubbys

A whole lot of easy ice with a short approach and a spectacular location high above Crawford Notch. To get off: walk right (roped) several hundred feet to the tree on Hitchcock.
