Description:

Several pitches of easy snow and ice lead to the final headwall. Move right to the entrance to a huge chasm. Easy snow leads to a screw belay before the rock section. A fun pitch of ice leads to a scrawny birch tree belay, one more short pitch and then thrash through the trees to the top. Head right (south) on the Webster Cliff trail (keeping close to the cliff edge until you hit the trees) back to route 302 (about 3 miles) then slog back up 302 to the car. Start early, and have fun!

Absolutely the most fun day I've had in the mountains so far. That Kurt Winkler is a badass!
