Description:

The Grecian Highway is located south and slightly down-canyon from the group campsite. It is a 2 pitch route that climbs the lower slabby section to gain an exposed banana-clip shaped feature on the top half of the wall. The first pitch is a little dirty but dont let that deter you - the second pitch is worth every inch! This is a fantastic route, one of my favorites.

Pitch 1: Start left of a huge pillar and follow bolts that Zig Zag back and forth across the face. Near a horizontal weekness (just under the summit pitch) work left to a belay station under the overhang. 175'

Pitch 2: Pull through the short but exposed roof on good holds (stellar climbing!). Follows enormous jugs on the left edge of a huge flake on the wall. 80'

Descent: Rappel the route. Note: The descent on the route currently requires two 50M ropes. I plan to place another rappel anchor sometime in 8.06 so that only one rope is required, but until I change this update take TWO ROPES!
