Great Forks climbing

Like this route... pretty classic.

Making that transition from the flake to the flared crack is a whole climb in itself. Way fun, got to lead it when feeling strong.

alright, almost done messing with this thing. got the moves dialed, now gotta figure out the pro for the crux section...

Gear is good but can be strenuous to place at crux. Look for #1 C4 placement above the layback crack and try a #1 link cam above that in the flaring crack.

Can't believe I have not been on this route in all the years I've climbed at the Forks.

Keeps you on edge moving into the straight in fingers to tighthands flare. As a former forks regular and on and off climber, this one has stumped me more times than not. Easy to place pro where you should be placing your hand....yet another forks classic.

blew off after the lieback because i wasnt paying attention. fired it clean second go.

in honor of three dead chicks found at the base.

Super fun and probably one of the better 5.11's at the Forks. Nowadays its my warmyup and trying to get the most leads of it with more then 100 to date.... just kidding about trying to get the most leads. It probably could feel 5.11d but it can also feel 5.10d.
