I remember enjoying this route. It is thin and maybe slightly negative. The top was a little strange though.

Hang Dog ascent by:
thin and sharp
two crux sections - one from bolt 2 to 3 and the other past 4 to the chains. I suspect that this once went easier than it does now as there appears to be much flaking of rock between #4 and the chains. If the route developer intended for the climber to go far out right of #4 then the chains ought to be located above and right of it not way left.
