A warning to the aspiring 5.9 leader: Pitch 1 (5.9) protects well, but a few of the critical placements are pretty pumpy. Pitch 2 (5.6) is great climbing and exposure, not dirty, some lichen, but it doesn't get in the way.

I did not find this one easy to protect and therefore wasn't very enjoyable for me.

Great way to start Dopey. Not too hard and very easy to protect. Nice crack climbing.

A funky fingercrack that is hard to protect at one section until you use your imagination. Good footholds combined with some slopey hands make for a decent pump on the first half of the crux pitch.

Had to bail off top of first pitch when a storm creeped up on us. Lightning struck less than a mile away and then it hailed.
