This was hard. Chimney up top was hard for me, I don't ever ever climb chimney. Crack was hard, alas I am not a crack climber either. Gunks horizontals rule!

did it with passive gear, a good place to practice that. eats it up.

but a fun OW struggle. Some calssic jamming leads to what should be considered the real crux. Nothing larger than a 4 required.

followed this barefoot thinking it was more like 5.6, i was wrong. the off width definitely would've been easier had i been able to actually smear. on the bright side, i discovered that barefoot jamming isn't nearly as painful as one would guess

Great route! I love off width and get plenty of it in the desert. This is a perfect training pitch for those needing to learn it. Just a short amount of it at the end, but true off width technique is required. Fun finger-stem crack to start. Good route. Actually shades itself a bit even if wall is getting sun. I rapped off of Toe Jam back down Orphan, rope pulled just fine.

Flailed my way up this the day after a heavy night of drinking... Certainly not a gimme.

Nice climb, offwidth chimney good for chicken wings. Knee pads/thicker pants would've been nice. Cool workout.
