The roof is no Gimme.

Warmed up on this one which pretty much set the tone for the day (overhanging). That one big foothold is slicker than grease, luckily the gear is good should it surprise you.

The roof was awesome!

Fantastic moves on right slanting crack through a bulge.

even though I couldn't pull the roof clean. Another "mess" to clean up I guess... :)

Almost pumped out and came off at the crux, but held on!!

Great route! To protect the very bottom, take a 3.5 camalot. The crux is a little bit committing, but not dangerous (I think) if your belayer's paying attention. The ledge is probably 20-25' down, and you do a little crank with your pro at your feet level over to the left. The rating's right on IMO.
