The hardest of the right book 9's! I thought the move into the other crack was spicy, but the move at the top to gain the belay ledge (may have been the wrong ledge!) was even harder!

Crux moves on 2nd pitch felt slightly harder than anything on J-Crack. I'd give this 5.9+ if J-Crack is 5.9.

Bring lots of gear for the second pitch. It is really long and fairly sustained. I used a hanging belay half way up.

This is an Ultra classic Lumpy FIST crack! I've done it like 4? times and will do it again.

Ascent Note
One of the best cracks at Lumpy. I liked this climb more than J-Crack due to the direct line. The crux was well protected with a pin at the moves to the left where the crack offsets.
