you need a 70m or sick-nasty downclimbing skills

This is definitely not 10c, maybe 10a but I'll go with the Handren grade of 10b. Speaking of Handren, he says the route is 90 feet. Uhh, no. Lowering with a 60 brought me down to the first bolt. I down climbed the rest (about 5.8/9). I'd say the route is about 105-110 feet. But, hey, every guidebook has a disclaimer saying that the information may be incorrect. Right?

Thought it was soft for the grade.

And it's on the way to everything else. The run out areas are not difficult climbing.
