Lead p1 & 3. P1 is super long and got major rope drag. Would have preferred to use doubles or brought all slings rather than a mix of slings and quickdraws.

The beast flake was awesome... one of the best climbs around.

This is a great climb. The last pitch is especially memorable. I've heard recommendations of doing the Beast Flake variation to avoid the offwidth but I think that avoids the most difficult part of the route. It felt very insecure and pretty difficult.

led P1 and P2 in one pitch. The offwidth on P3 felt harder than anything on Book of Solemnity.

one of the routes you have got to do at cathedral.. the chimney freaks me out sometimes especially with a back pack. very exposed

To think John Turner did it in 1959 is sick

every pitch will make you earn it. Good gear and exposure.

Led chimney pitch and last pitch. I didn't layback the last pitch which made it very difficult and sustained!
