the flake was WAY easier than ppl hyped it up to be. the bulge is definitely cruxy though. run out below the flake then plug a #2 or 3 then crank through.

Bring some slings and don't place gear on the easy section down low to prevent rope drag. It's a long pitch, so be sure to use a 60 or 70 meter rope. A number 3 Camalot placed far out protects the overhang nicely.

really fun and aesthetic....although i'd call it .10a, not .9- that undercling is pretty heady, even though its short.

fun little piece, be sure to protect the traverse to the chains for your second!

Excellent climb, good gear, great views, stout

This looks intimidating from the ground, but the big undercling moves around the flake aren't bad cause of a ledge that you get to pretty quick. That top bulge has great handjams reaching over it, but is way awkward to get over. A really really good climb, would def do again!

hung once before the second bulge - i wish i hadn't or i would have onsighted it. great route, and intimidating to lead if 5.9 is your limit.

nancy belayed me on this route :P This is a 3 * climb also. beautiful undercling and crack.
