Very cool moves over roof #1. Roof # 2 is very mellow. Lots and lots of great climbing. Very enjoyable.

Same comments as JAGwire below, I fell after the crux and lower 20 feet to a no hands rest - bummed to blow such a test piece onsight but still a good time. Route protects well with Black Diamond c3 and Aliens, this much have been scary back in the old days. Like every route I do on the Mac Wall, this is my new favorite on this part of the cliff.

Had the wrong size gear for the crux. Glad I didn't blow it.

Really nice, but very heady lead. Was psyched to onsight this one. I notice it says 11a here, but Williams gives it 10d, so 10d it is.

This would be 5.11 a/b at the sport areas, but this is the 'Gunks, after all.

Got through the crux in good shape, but slipped afterwards! Aaarrgh! What a bone-headed mistake on such a test-piece lead too. P|ss me off!

Thought the "5.8" crack down low was hard and very scarey...but then again it was really hot that day.

So much going on here, from the thin crappy wires on the initial headwall to the creative gear and scary traversing on the crux. Superb route.
