Start is a little sketchy if you're short, first move after the bolt is a little tricky, then it's a ladder from there.

I'm 5' 10'' and it didn't feel like a 5.10c to me since I was able to reach the hold above the hueco (barely) without leaving the leadge, but I can definitely see where this route's difficulty would jump up much higher if you're shorter.

I agree it might be high dependent, and the move past the first bolt was definitely a 10c at least.
