I would agree it's a little pumpy to hang the gear, but the stances are pretty good as there are feet right where you want them. Hand size gear for the anchor is necessary. Enjoyable route.

The pin feels ok, but it's nice to get a piece above it. And don't forget the hand-sized gear for the anchor.

I seem to remember thinking it was was bit soft and a bit bold, but adequately protected.

Though the FP is not all that inspiring...pumpy at the top--just go for it, the last holds are big!

Update Nov 1 2009 - Tried to lead it after a couple of top rope attempts last weekend. Fell at the top crux. Will go down.

feb 17, 2007 - bandycoot weekend - Followed josh on this and had to take once. Crazy pumpy with thin gear.

Great route. Very mental lead. I felt pretty good on it and sewed it up as gear was available...
