There's not much to the route other than the overhang at the end. And I would not recomment top-roping this since the route goes almost at a 45 angle from the start.
For the roof anchor clips, There is a great tight hold up at the end inside the crack that allows for a very controlled clip.

Clipping the chains is almost impossible for me to reach. I've lead this once and could only reach one of them. I'll try again soon and hopefully be able to get both in.

Clipping the chains is the only interesting part. I'm just tall enough (just under 5'8") to simply reach back and get a finger on them and pull them towards me.

Really diverse route and the grade can change depending on how you head up. To get past the first bolt, to the left of it and just right of it are 5.10a/b approaches and to the far right you can do a 5.9 way. Similar split past the second bolt although if you go to the far left of the second bolt it can get into the higher 10s. Then the easy walk across the traverse to the roof. If you just want to touch the chains, it is pretty easy and you can set up the chains from the eye hook on the roof basically. Doing it that way, it is a 5.9/10a. If you want to climb up even with the chains and get holds above the roof, it's 5.10b/c ish. Dont always use the crack. Some of the pockets to the left of the crack are even better.

Interesting route that traverses quite a bit of wall. Overhang is simple for those with a long reach.
