This is a great route for a new leader. The only challenge can be route finding. It takes great gear, has rings/slings on trees for anchors and climbs like a ladder.

Skipped the traverse and had a joyful romp to the top. Easy climbing, great gear. Great for a new leader. Just tell them where to go...it can be easy to get lost.

Did this as a warm up with Mitch. He got lost of P2. Went through a field of lichen. Oh well. THis is a great climb for a new leader. Skip the p1 traverse and you will be fine.

Did the traverse in and bett lead the rest. While pitch 2 and 3 are great for new leaders, be sure you tell them where to go. Bett got lost today...ended up with horrible rope drag.

It was super wet today, this climb was dry. Woo hoo. Great lead for a new leader. You can bypass the traverse by starting way to the left, up the hill. Solid 5.3 climbing all the way. Great gear.

Don't cheat yourself out of a fun traverse. It's thin in spots, but, it's all there. Easy to build an anchor at the end of the traverse. Bett lead P2

1st and 2nd P only. 1st P thin in spots.

love the first pitch. It fun, thin in spots, all there. The rest of the climb is just a fun fest...recommend going all the eay to the top.
